Road conditions
The vast majority of Mongolia's official road network are simple cross-country tracks. Therefore, tours to rural areas are made on unmaintained roads. Nevertheless, main roads connecting the center of Provinces have network of surfaced roads
Ger
Ger is a portable, round tent covered with skins or felt and used as a dwelling by nomads in the steppes. Individual gers are simple, cozy and comfortable, usually kitted out with two, three or four wooden beds with bedding, table and chairs. Tourists generally stay in Ger camps with a choice of Felt Ger, Wooden house or Block Ger. Most Ger camps are equipped with a toilet and shower block and have electricity running from a central generator
Food
Mongolian cuisine is a staple food in Mongolia tours, however, Asian & Europian cuisine is also served at your request. A full-course meal of breakfast, lunch and dinner is served throughout the tour. Takeout meal is also prepared for long-distance touring
Baggage allowance
The baggage allowance vary per airline and depend on the class, type of ticket and flight destination. Business class flights generally have baggage allowance of 32kg, while economy class flights have 20 kg and local flights have 10 kg. Hence a maximum weight of 20kg baggage is recommended
